One of my breakfast favorites is Vermont Coffee Company "Dos", medium roast, coarse grind, made in a filter basket. For "espresso", a dark roast, fine grind, and a manual "Flair" press.
To me, Eight O'Clock Original has really changed. Very bitter and off-taste. Nothing like it was fifty years ago (which also describes me ...).
