Cobra Kit car

I was out driving my Tr8, I pulled into my friends driveway (pretending to just stop in to visit and see how they were doing but had an alterative motive of adjusting my carb's air/fuel mixture).

I then heard the Cobra rumble up behind me and pull in. He said he had been at a stop sign when I drove past and he just had to know what I had under the hood.

His Cobra was a 302 supercharged and the neighborhood kids swarmed his car. Even as a Kit Car, it is Awesome

I agree, That is one sexy car no matter what's underneath. The deep throated rumble in the otherwise small package is impressive too.

I have a Cobra and although it is a "small package" compared to american cars, it is a very large car in terms of a british sports car.

Still a blast to drive and you can't beat that sound of the side pipes blasting away right beside you.

I am not a fan of them. I was a partner with a few friend and had the Kirkham distributorship for SoCal. Got boring real fast. Would rather have a Bristol.
Cheers,
D.

I have a Cobra....

A *real* one or kit?

(your pictures look like it's an actual '65).
