anyone got a good plan on changing the bushing on the clutch lever arm that moves the throwout bearing?...z

Zimmy:

You'll have to lift her out to get to it, unless I am missing something.

Sorry about missing that question in the email you sent me. I have used a socket with an OD a little less than the bushing on one side and another socket large enough to allow the bushing to be pushed into on the other side. Line it up in a vice and close the jaws. It should push the bushing out pretty easily.

i did something similar, but when i got done tapping it in i had to file a little inside it to get the bolt back through it..........alls well! ; )
getting ready to hook my gearbox back to the motor...then change the rubber brake hoses and maybe the pads....so close!

Progress is progress. It all counts and you will be so pleased.
