Clutch Slave Cylinder Rebuild

I know if I thought about it long enough I would discover my own question.

I did something really dumb. I took off the slave to my car (64 AH Sprite) and disassembled it.

During the process I did not note what order the parts went back in:(

Can someone tell me the order the parts go back in. That is to say, the piston, spring check valve and cup washer.

It is slightly different then a brake master. Since it is mounted backwords, would it be the same as the brake master, just in reverse?

Any help would be appreciated. This is also in the Spriget section.

Moss cataloge usually has good exploded diagrams for the big Healeys. Or maybe the Victoria British might. You might also try AHSpares diagrams on line.

If I'm taking something unfamiliar apart, for the first time, take a few digital photos. They're good reference and can save the day when months, or years later your trying to put it back together.

Regards, Bob
