T-Series Clutch Slave boot is Ballooning! Why?

When I had the B up on the lift to swap the rear, I noticed that the boot around the Clutch Slave was blown up like a balloon but not leaking from the shaft. What would cause this?

I've still got great clutch response.

Vince - I would expect that your clutch boot is full of brake fluid leaking from the cylinder.

I would agree; seal probably bad.
