TR2/3/3A Clutch Pushrod hole location

Hi,

I have a 1960 TR-3a. Which hole in the clutch cross shaft arm is correct for the clutch pushrod? The work shop manual show the bottom, but I think I recall the pictures are wrong and it should be the middle.

+1 for middle. The upper will give you a harder but faster clutch. the lower may or may not give you enough throw to fully release the clutch at a lesser foot pressure. So middle will always work...try the others if you want to experiment.
 
CJD got it right to add check pin and hole for oversize and wear. If using to top hole for more travel you will be more comfortable at red lights and starting you car in neutral clutch out. Or you can not use it at all and start in gear and speed shift JUST KIDDING
 
I started with it in the middle but the shaft doesn't line up very good so moved to the bottom where it works fine with plenty of clearance for smooth gear changes.
