CLUTCH PROBLEMS HELP NEEDED!!

Strange problem has come up. When cold my TR6 clutch works perfectly but when hot clutch-pedal comes back in shocks so it makes it impossible to have a controled start. It looks as if I am learning how to drive!!! Does anybody hav a sollution.??

Your clutch release bearing carrier is hanging up on the front cover of the gearbox. As the carrier and cover warm up during use, the carrier-to-cover clearance is reduced, resulting in the symptoms you describe. Only solution is to R&R the gearbox and hone the cover and grind an angled relief on the cover's end. Eventually the carrier might wear the cover enough to reduce the "sticky clutch" syndrome to tolerable levels.

Never forget that there is a bolt that likes to break that holds the clutch release fork to the cross shaft. This can make for hard operation too.I agree that the tranny needs to come out and some serious looking be done.Warped flywheel cracked pressure plate something aint right.
