T-Series clutch problem

Car won't go into gear (grinding badly) have fluid leaking down brake pedal (?).
have had to add small amount of fluid to clutch M/C occassionally. I opened the pedal box don't see any leaks. any ideas? Recommendations?
 
Both the clutch and brake fluid reservoir are in the same area (above the pedals). Check which reservoir is getting low. The fluid is very corrosive, so expedient repairs are necessary.
If the car won't go into gear and the clutch m/c is leaking it could be that the clutch does not disengage anymore, so you won't be able to select any gears. See if you can get it into gear with the engine turned off. You may have to rock the car back and forth a bit.
 
You won't see leaks at the pedal box cover but if the clutch MC is leaking, it'll run down the pedal...what year car is it? I may have another on the shelf.
 
Agreed, if the clutch master is leaking it'll run down the pedal and possibly leak on your left foot (mine did). Given that you're intermittantly adding fluid to your clutch master and you have fluid leaking down your pedals, then it's very possible that the master is leaking. If you still can't build up enough pressure to work the clutch after adding fluid then you'll probably have: a) badly worn master that needs rebuild/replacement in order to work again, b) slave leaking too, or c) both.

I suppose it's also possible the throw out bearing is on its way out too, but I'm only saying that to try and cover as many possibilities as possible.

rebuilding the clutch and brake mc was the very first job I did on mine when I first got it in March, first time I'd picked up a whatcha ma call it, I mean wrench, in 25 years! Go slow, it's easy. Welcome!

It was not that bad to bleed. I did it with my 10 year old son. I've more picture sof the before and after if needed.

See that, fix it this week end.
 
Other than rebuild kits I only needed to buy a small hone from Autozone. I think it was under $20 and I bought an extra pack of inserts for it.
