The last time I did one I used a Gunson Eezbleed -- pressurizes the master cylinder using air from the spare tire. Made the job simple. I've found it pretty functional for brakes, and it did the trick with the clutch as well.
I use a Vacula, as it does not charge the system from the resivour which can create micro bubbles after standing for a while. If using an easy blead, you need to remove some of the fluid once finished as the resivour will be topped up.
