cleaning plastic - any ideas

was out cleaning parts last night and have two plastic "tanks" one is the reservoir for the coolant and the other is the bag for the windshield washer - any ideas on how to clean them? They are both dirty and faded.

And from Johannesburg

Internally or externally?

For the plastic bag internally how about the stuff that sterilizes babies bottles? (called Milton over here). I go hiking and use it to clean the drinking bladder in my backpack.

For the external area - bleach?

I didn't know the 1976 Midget was so different to the 1977 Midget unless its a UK v USA thing. I have a plastic container for my windshield washer.

Cheers

Our steering wheel being on the wrong side causes all kinds of problems for us.

JP, have you considered switching to a Tudor bottle, instead of the bag? I wouldn't trust that thing any further than I can throw it, particularly stuffed down in the fender like that.

how would it attach? and where - do you have a pic?

Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
