Found a book I had frogotten about, Healeys and Austin-Healeys by Peter Browning and Less Needham. June 1970

Pics on page181 Bonnett hinges are black. Front running lights are clear. Frame under radiator black.

Also shows the bonnet prop and the latch, not lock.

These are both British pics and from the 1960s.
