Is there a product out there that you can clean your car engine without messing up the electricals in the car? Help
 
Best thing to do is wrap all electrics is plastic, tape them shut and go to town cleaning. Many members have mentioned numerous products in the past. Gunk, Simple Green. There are a lot.

I don't know why Bruce did not mention this; Petro and an air pressure gun with a liquid pick up on it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif---Keoke
 
The Harbor Freight small trigger action pressure can(can be filled with all kind of cleaning liquids)under pressure from any air source & reusable.Easy to use cleaning in around the engine compartment.Spray is adjustable. Above all better idea than any! & VERY cost effective.Whitelightning
