Fantastic stuff.
That's exactly what Disney/MGM Studios did in Florida this year for their display. They usually completely light up "New York Street", this year they set it all up like these computer controlled displays, then have them "dance" every 15 minutes or so to different songs.
To add to the mood they also blow fake snow off the tops of the buildings /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
