Well my wife Terri finally talked me into converting my rubber bumpers to chrome bumpers. What does it take to convert these?I bought 1971 MGB chrome bumpers will these work?
I'm moving this back to the top....the question still stands...what is actually involved in the conversion?
David entered a really low ball price for a front bumper on a "make me an offer" and it was accepted, so I guess we are in this for a conversion. It looks like the light spaces are already cut out and we are wondering if this is more than just bolting up one for another...
Just to throw it out there, Moss sells a complete chrome bumper conversion kit. I've seen the results and they are very good. No personal experience with them but I've seen enough completed conversions to form an opinion.
