Chrome alternative

Yeah. I just figured it out about 10 minutes ago. :blush: My mind is elsewhere today. I'm baking artisan bread.

Eastwood has a chrome-like painting kit. Not cheap.

As for the bread, I definitely wouldn't chrome plate it. Looks fine as is. My wife is a bread fanatic too; it's a great quality in a spouse.
 
Caswell has an electroless nickle kit. It doesn't do bread. I'm with Steve.
 
I'm still having trouble with the chrome plated Corset - a rubber bumpered B with chromed bumpers? Would Goldfinger have considered using this approach? Anita Ekberg (I'm sure that she's much larger than a 'B')?????

And I've still got my Tassajara bread book up on the shelf.
