Hot dang! The guy I bought my BE from in Cali found some stuff stashed away in the storage for the Sprite. It arrived today.
The old tonneau cover and a "shorty" tonneau cover as well.
The icing for the cake was a neat pair of Amco wind wings!
I really like the shorty cover but it will need some minor repairs(zipper) and I'll have to re-install the studs around the cab. The holes are still there so that should be easy.
My old pal, Alan, who has helped me all these years with my old import junk is the lucky dog who gets the long tonneau cover as a small token of my thanks for all his help. I had purchased a new tonneau cover and he helped with the install. He's feverishly
working to get his BE back on the road. It's gonna be a beast.
Ohm...spridget,spridget,spridget...Ohm
Pics of the stuff to follow after I get home.

Edit: After opening the box up I find the wind wings in their original box. North Hollywood.
Tucked inside the shorty tonneau are pics from the restoration!
I already have received the receipts, drawings, shop paperwork etc. from the previous owners. Man they kept EVERY record.

Re: shorty tonneau

Amco must've done a lot. Nigel has a NOS Amco AM radio.
Those wind wings look awesome.
