I posted this in "Racing", but since it's all Spridgets, I'll post it here too:

See Chris oversteer!

...and off he goes, to hunt down an Escort!

We had a good time at the Twilight 4-Hour Enduro too. Our fuel man is Tim M. (blocked from view in this picture by my son-in-law). Tim won the first EMRA 4-Hour (1983) in a 1275 Mini by covering 110 laps. This year, our similar-powered, 1275 Mk II Sprite ran 131 laps and finished mid-pack (the winner ran 148 laps). The cars are getting faster!

Our Pit Hooligans had a good time too! (but they need SpellCheck for their sign)

More pictures as I get a chance.....

Thanks Nial; where was your camera when I wasn't screwing up? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif We had a great time - I'd recommend EMRA to anyone, and have. See you next season unless I see you ice racing.

Looks like fun, nice car work there Chris! Many big thumbs up for you racing types--don't have the intestinal constitution for it myself.

Thanks for sharing. I'd love to do it, and it looks great fun. Glad you all had a good time.
My midget isn't for racing, the BGT however.....?

Too heavy, Barry!! A roadster with a hardtop works MUCH better. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thanks for the pics.

Chris, ice racing that has got to be alot of fun.

Patrick

Ice racing: That brings back some wild memories... Clyde Billings!!! A real "Maine-iack"!
