Nice!!! I find it interesting that the frame is built for the forks - ie. the rider still sits level
 
And smokes a pipe as he rides! :laugh:

I can't prove it,but I highly doubt the authenticity of that photo. The real giveaway is the "ACME Choppers" logo with skull and crossbones in the shop window. It looks a bit "shopped" and I don't think that emblem became associated with motorcycles till much later. I know the term "chopper" came much later, like the 60s.

It is a neat picture, and a really neat concept. I'd like to see it built for real

Naw, that is prolly a dentist's office. People come my office all the time wanting some new Choppers.

Yup. .I finally spotted some of his other pics. A very accomplished photoshopper. He does nice work.
 
I don't know squat about bikes, but would the fork really be strong enough, and it doesn't seem completely in line with the steering assembly (not that is has to but in that day it surely would have, no?). In fact, now that I look at it further, I see smudges on the curb (where there is a line) and I suspect THAT is where the front wheel just to sit before editing.

I thought it was a modified bike photo too. But what do I know. :yesnod: So, I'm hard at work trying to put it back together, but haven't figured out how to fix the steering.
It was quick and dirty, but I noticed an odd gap in the spokes (and I didn't get the wheel back to the exact right spot). :laugh:
