I'll tell you who that reminds me of more than any other driver: Mark Donahue.

Donahue used to enter turns slower than everyone else but carry faster actual speeds through the turns. Looks like MS does the same thing.

And Donahue used to do this weird and unique "micro wheel-sawing" motion with the steering wheel through the turns. I saw him do it at Lime Rock and Bridgehampton....people used to comment on it all the time. It looked like he was constantly "losing" and "catching" the car all the time. Michael seems to do it too (but at much higher speeds).
 
Don't know about his driving style but that site grabbed 'holt of my laptop and wouldn't let go! Had to Control/Alt/Delete to escape its control. Wuff.

Phil Hill was the same way. It always looked like "Toss it and catch it."
