Looks like a good deal, body looks solid in the pics. It'll need a new top, and the problem he descirbes with the idle sounds like it's running too lean and needs to be adjusted. 400 of the spiders were CA spec FI cars, if that car lived in socal it's whole life it's probably one of them.
