Changing Out Front Bushings

Well, it's time. When I had the front of the car up a couple weeks ago to change out the gearbox i noticed that a washer tab on an a-frame pin didn't engage in its slot anymore. Take a look at the bushings I replaced from the sway bar, i bet that's how the rest of 'em are too. yikes. I have a set of poly bushings, now it's just a matter of me bucking up the $90 for the new pins and washers, etc.

Why does it seem like I always decide to do a project on a Thursday when I know that the stuff can't get here by the weekend? Oh well, it's supposed to be 74 with a chance of rain on Saturday anyways...

Looks like it has been run up onto some curbs.

Look how well rounded the corner of the bracket is like the bar was pulled into the corner. The bushings had no were to go but mushroom out!
