almost home today, lady in a minivan with a phone illegally stuck to the side of her head pulls up behind me. I'm watchin her in the rearview, cause it looks like she's gonna customize the rear bumper. Meanwhile the light turns green, and within .005 seconds she's on the horn to get me moving. I proceed to slowly creep up to 20 mph for a few blocks till she turned down a side street. hehehehehehe....
I very much dislike cell phones as well.
 
Pete butt-dials me about once every few days... I scream at him a few times then hang up. His 'phone bill must be a hoot. :devilgrin:
 
Guilty as charged! I'll look at my phone and see Doc's number pop up on my out going calls and think "I haven't called Doc recently...." Gotta be some kind of higher universal connection going on there.... :smile:

The cell phone companies keep piling on added features every few months to get you to buy the latest one, but they never improve the reliability of the calls. Isn't that why we use the phone for in the first place? I permanently disable the web, email and text features on any phone I buy. Anyone who wants to text me and not talk to me is not someone I want to communicate with for anything.

When that happened to my buddy w/ the '69 440/4 speed Road Runner, he used to wait till the light turned red again, bring her to 7 grand and side step the clutch roasting the tires through the intersection leaving the offender stranded at the light.
