Just thought I'd let you all know, our town here just celebrated it's 150th birthday this weekend, and we had over 70 cars from the area all lined up on show. We had all your usual vintage fords, chevies, chryslers, packards, Oldsmobiles etc. But the day was strongly taken out by the British contingent of Morris, Austin, Wolseley, MG, Jaguar.
We had a Morris 8, Mini Cooper S, Austin 8, Austin Healies galore, Wolseley 10, Wolseley 6/99, Austin A30s and 40s, MG TD, MG Magnette, MG Midget, the list goes on. And such a range of Jaguars, nothing over 1970. Out of 70 cars, I think British motoring was in the majority. Wonderful day all round, and quite surprising to find such a diverse collection of car within a 70km radius.
