Tony, see how I set up the return springs, might not be factory, but it works well.

Saw that, Hap - where do you hook up the choke cable?

That will be Drews job, but on this set, you'll notice the brass tubing on the rear carb (toward the middle), it passes thru there and hooks on to the the choke bellcrank on that carb, when the the choke is pulled the linkage from both carbs will pull the jets down.
