Had to get new .040 over pistions and having block bored from .030 due to wear.

As my dizy vacume advance is so rusty, a fine sole on this board (Jeff, Bugeye58) is giving me one, thank you, this one seems not to work as well but have not had apart yet.

Tony has found an undamaged drivers side door.

ChrisS has donated a defroster elbo.

Anyway, not a lot of progress for three weeks, but as you all know I hurt my back and can only do a bit, but getting better fast now.

The reason I am shareing this experience is because of you guys. What a friendly place, what nice folks I have met here. I want to share my joy and appreciation of your assistance combined with our joy of the LBCs.

More as we go along.

Well, Jack, we all want a ride when its finished - actually, we want to drive it....so, keep that little trailer to bring it all around the country so each of us can have fun with it.....hehehehe

Jack, glad to help. Now, you do know that you have to countersink the bottom two screws on the front engine plate, and use flat head screws, to mount the dual row chain?
Jeff

I do now, see that's what I ment about good stuff here.

Oh me, see guys. What can I say.

Thanks

Do not expect to have this finished till next winter. Too much to do and I find I just may have some consulting work this summer for a month or so along with a two week trip to Holland to see the tulps. Keeping wife happy is important.
However, that said the consulting if it all works out will more than pay for the Bugeye, again keeping wife very happy.

Who said leather interior?

Well heck, I can only work so fast and still do it right.

I am also a big a on line gamer. Use to play EQ now is WOW. Have one of the senior Hunters on the server. Raids every evening almost. However that seems to come more and more behind Bugeye work.

A full and active life is important to an old retired guy.

Course got to keep in mind that summers here are no time to work in the Garage. Very hot and Humid also got to duck a Hurricane or two prob.
