There is a Company in UK, Ebay, advertising a Tin Amalgam Catalyst which you drop into your fuel tank and converts lead free petrol that wont burn valve seats etc. It is guaranteed for 100,000 miles.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

It is a catalyst for turning your money into their money. As for the petrol or the valves, it isn't going to do anything.

I read some time ago that a iron seat head will run for years on the lead imbedded in the seat in the old days of
leaded fuel. My humble opinion is that the worst that can happen is the thing needs work and you fix it at that time.
So unless you are into Pre-repairing some thing that aint broke(and no telling when it will be) I would let it alone, until
there is a reason to pull the head....Additives??? dont be daft!!!
