Caswell Copy Cad/Zinc plating kit

Finished with the cad plateing. Sealed everything up and put it away. All done, maybe, hehe.

What an easy process, excellent product and with Johns help not even a bit scary.

Post revisited.

After sitting in a box in the garage for a couple of years, I decided to mix up my Copycad/Zinc Concentrate this past week. Although the bottle had never been opened and was still in the original bag, the concentrate was part liquid and part crystalized--much like a slurpy. Unlike a slurpy, I'm having a hard time getting the crystals to dissolve in solution (water). I've tried to break up the material as best I could, but there are still many small crystals settled on the bottom of the bucket. Is this normal?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Lots of stuff has a shelf life. I've lost polyester catalyst from not using it in time. I haven't been on their forum for a while, I think you have to register to log in.

This is not new - it has been a rule here since BCF began - and yes I have good reasons for this policy. Please refer to the forum >> rules << especially #6.</span> </span></span>
