I can't compare all three but I purchased the loop style carpet from Moss for the 4A. It's not wool but didn't cost like wool either, think it is their mid-grade carpet and appropriate for the 4A. Complete and very nicely made, fit is perfect.
For the 3A, I tried VickyBrits cut-pile deluxe kit. Although the carpet pile is nice and thick, there were bald spots in the nap and the cut edges were very roughly cut. Also the edge binding was cloth type junk and also poorly stiched, quite poor compared to Moss so I returned it and ate the shipping costs. I then purchased the Moss cut-pile kit. The pile is very short compared to VB but much denser nap and the fit and edging is much better than VBs, nice vinyl edging. Still not totally satisfied with the nap but it was 1/2 cost of wool. I hear (no personal experience) that the TRF magic wool carpet is the best but pricey.
None of the carpet or interior parts and seat covers I purchased from Moss or VB had any doc on how to install it.

I just received the "Magic Carpet Kit" from TRF and it looks really good. I'm still waiting for the padding kit to do the installation. I got lucky and bought it on a sale weekend, with low cost shipping as well, so it was a good deal.
Plus I was lucky that they had my dark brown color in stock.

Just rec'd my Moss cut pile kit that was on their summer sale thru a Canadian dealer. No Instructions which should be OK as you have to take the old stuff out right?
P.O.'d that the kit came with out the domed snaps. So now have to search these out locally. Did find a good auto upholstery shop who'll cut and sell underlay

I purchased a wool set from TRF, it looks really nice, the quality is definately there. It was on sale too. its was not too hard to install just take your time. Now hopefully I will get my leather seat covers tonight and start getting the seats back together, (Miata seats,,hold the comments)

Have you considered a source other than the big three? Heritage in Washington state (?), Prestige and Skinner both of England have very nice kits which offer leather and wool. I thought Prestige pricing very competitive on the leather package. I know some members have installed these alternately sourced kits.
