Carburetor Spacers

I have not seen any spacers (between the carburetor and the manifold) for Triumphs yet they are available for most other cars with claims of more power and efficiency. Any vendors making them for Triumphs?

Just for TR7s, which had them originally. (Rubber ones that separate, and I absolutely suggest people get the aluminum ones offered by a guy over the internet -- I have his contact info somewhere.)

As for the TR2-TR6, the carb manifolds are designed for the carbs. I can't imagine that just adding spacers would provide any real benefit -- although Morgans used a longer intake manifold that added a little power, but that manifold doesn't fit in the TR2-TR3. (The air cleaners would hit the inner fender.)

I have the Aluminum spacers on my TR7 as well, thanks to Sam giving me the information. They make a remarkable differance with less leakage of air. If you can't find the link Sam, I can get it when I get home off my favorites. Great fellow to deal with too.
