Carb Issue

Hi,
I need to know where the carb lever return spring goes. This is a Zenith Stromberg. It is number 99 what do the other ends hook on to?

On the SU-carbed engines the springs went to a hole in the heatshield, but not having worked on the Zenith setup I can't say if it's the same or not.
