TR6 Carb. Float Chamber Fix

Hello,

I have a '74 TR6 with Stromberg carbs. Is there a fix for the plug and o ring in the float chamber? I replaced both; 1 is ok and the other is leaking; so I ordered a new plug and o ring. Possibly a float chamber that does not have a plug in the bottom?

Thanks,
Dan

Yes there are, but a good cleaning of the perimeter of the hole is usually required for a tight seal....and then there's the JB weld option
You could give Joe Curto a call, he may have a plugless float chamber he'd part with.

Thanks for your response; do you have the contact information for Joe Curto?
