Bud, you don't need the HS4's. Send them to me and keep the DGV. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/devilgrin.gif

Gee, Bud, I guess this means that you're not going to send me the HS4 setup! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
That really looks sweet, and should be a vast improvement over the Pinto carb.

Mine seems to run well with the pinto carb, I'm used to that kind of carb. I have never driven a car with an A series engine and dual carbs. Does it give that much more power? All the minis that I drove and worked on were all single carbs, cause they were passenger cars and not a sport car like the spridgets. Does anyone have any real info about this, I mean whether the weber cuts out horsepower?

Lovely SUs

Holy Mackarel!

Are you sure you want to put those in a greasy ol' car. I think I would hang them on the wall.

Kim, I don't think the DGV will lose you any horsepower, I just like SU's. I'm familiar with them, comfortable with them, and you can't get any simpler unless you just poke a hole in a tomato can and let it drip gas into the manifold! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
