TR5/TR250 Car misses over 2500 rpm

As far as I know, it's the original tank. I put dry gas in each winter to absorb any water that may form from condensation and my garage is only slightly heated. The car is not driven in snow or on salted roads. BTW, I noticed that some other TR6s have chrome-plated gas tank caps. Mine is a dull finish.

PD

If you do not have a fuel filter, and the tank is older there could easily be rust flaks in the fuel. Tr3s only came with small screens for filters and stuff can get by them, but I do not know much about tr6s.
