Can't Resist???

Ever see a 289 Cobra Weber setup, Don?

We went to a T-J injection system on the A-car (a Christmas gift from the owner's wife!).

Ya could always consider a retro-fit look with an old Lucas "guillotine" setup.

That is real engine porn, if there ever was any. I wouldn't want to tune them, but I've ridden in a Mustang with that setup and it's as close as sounding like a Ferrari that an American V8 will ever get.

Izzat the one where the manifold tubes hang out over the rocker covers?

I'll see if I can find th' pix of one we did. Oddly, idle screws kept backin' out on their own... a word in yer ear: Do NOT use 'green' LockTite on idle screws.

Fit might be a challenge, but they would never be able to feed enough fuel....

I think he could do it, I don't think the feeding is the problem you can always get a big enough pump. It's the other end where it would get dicey.

Tom's Berlina can be easily fitted with a set of 40 DCOE's.

I have a set right here, along with manifold and rubber mounts. :jester:

Sets not enough Doc, A twin for each cylinder
