Cant bring up private messages--Help!!

I go to -MY Stuff- and then click on -My Messages-, but -MY Post- comes up instead. What am I missing or doing wrong? is there anything to indicate you have messages like the old web site?
 
Mine works just fine. The messages look just like posts, but if you click on "my posts", you will see that they are part of a thread and not just an individual message. Maybe that's what you're seeing. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif
