Green balloon is moved; three balloons to the right of the white one are moved...
 
Behind the woman shading her eyes, there's a rivet missing from the trailer's side in the edited photo.

Also, the woman shading her eyes has just eaten a tuna fish sandwich on white bread in the original photo, but a ham on rye in the edited photo.

According to Carnac the Magnificent, anyway.
 
In the second picture there is a flag missing from the big yellow balloon
 
In the second picture the writing is lower on the black balloon
 
Left: the white "vase?" balloon has two ears/handles; right, it's only got one.
 
The women's hand in the lower right corner is brighter in the second picture.
 
left: the dark balloon in foreground has two white "gashes"; right, none
 
left, the center bottom jacket is a duller red than in the right photo.

Correct - the Yoda ballon has moved and the three balloons to the right of the "chef" balloon are higher in the sky

Yes! The "chef" ballon is missing a ear.

Correct - the "open parts of the lower part of the closest balloon have been filled in)

No - it bay seem that way, but the change is actually that the green "Yoda" balloon has moved up and to the right (as Mickey found)

No - if it is that's not an intentional change - looks the same to me.


So far you have all found 7 of the differences - just 3 more to go. Here are some hints: 2 of the remaining changes are balloon related, one is related to the people (or a person) in the crowd

The gentleman wearing the red jacket at the bottom center, has a black beret in the left photo, but a green beret in the right photo!

(Darned if I can find any more balloon-related differences, that haven't already been mentioned.)

Man's hat changes color +1 = 8
Balloon loses basket +1 = 9

The one with the yellow balloon loses streamer/flag has already been found.
 
Wow - I don't even see an orange/white/orange balloon!

Someone has good eyes!

Find the man in the red jacket (whose hat changes colors) and the man in the black jacket behind him. Just between these two men, there are four small (distant) balloons stacked one above the other. It is the upper-most of these four balloons.
