TR2/3/3A Can you identify these?

Does anyone know what these are called?

I've had these for 20 years and have never user or displayed them.

I'm pretty sure they were used for racing and helped make the car a little more dynamic.

Interesting - I've never seen anything like that. Most likely they change the entire character of the car. Can you post a picture of the entire side of the car to show what it looks like with them?
