I'm sitting at I-Hop here in Albuquerque and am just finishing a really good breakfast. I am lingering over hot coffee. I've been up since 5:00 AM and have delivered husband safely to the airport en rout to the twin cities. As I sit here the manager came to me and apologized for not having egg substitutes as they had a very busy holiday and simply ran out. As we spoke the supply truck had just arrived. He thanked me for being so understanding and recognized me as a repeat customer and said I was his "free" customer for the day! I think today will be my lucky day. Perhaps After I take the mother-in-law shopping and home, I'll hit the casino. :banana: :driving:
