Can I have door remote opening mechanisms refurbished?

Is it possible to have my units refurbished as they are stiff and a little bent but both appear to still work.

Can they be repaired?

If yes could you recommend any contacts?

Especially in the UK or Europe?

Thanks

Sounds as if a bit of lubrication could take care of it, have you tried WD40 to ease the situation, how do you stand with working on the car? you could remove the door cards and get to the workings that way and introduce some oil.

Some parts are available - new and second hand from SC Parts or AH spares or Ahead4healeys, the second hand parts can command a high price as they are not manufactured

You could try Bell Classics - Luton, they could be a bit pricey though looking at their web site, mainly Ferraris and Astons.

JME Healeys in Warwick are further away
