You should be able to do so. I did the day before the server move and the three Jensen-Healey photos uploaded are now visible.
I checked right after the move and the photo section wasn't available, and Basil said that the size of the database made its transfer a more time consuming effort and it was later coming back on-line than the forums.
I'll take the car out and hope to have another picture or two to upload later, just to test it....

After a PM with Basil, I see what is happening.
The file size of the attachment is being calculated differently on Basil's new server. I had a 195K file that I was trying to upload and I was receiving a message saying that it was over 200K. I was able to upload one after I reduced it to 188K. So the real limit of attachment file size is somewhere between 188K and 195K instead of 200k. As of late last evening, I still could not upload any photos to the members photos section. It would not even take a 35k photo. I have not tried it yet today.
