Can Anyone ID This Head?

TR3 thru early 4 would be my guess. Hard to tell by the pictures but this head looks pretty pitted like it was left outside in the great outdoors to me. I guess you could mill it and polish but I would pass on this one.
 
Harry's right on. It's a high port head, but not with champhered combustion chambers. thus a later TR3 (A-B) or TR4.
