While looking for something else.

These are old head bolts from a twin-cam, Threaded heads machined to a cone with slots for screwdriver removal after use. They're to hold head gasket in position and aid in positioning head onto the block.

Wow! The modified things done to make life easier. Then find them ages later. And, still remember what they are for.
