We received over 100 registrations in the first twelve hours that the website was open.


Very few problems....most all have been easily corrected.


Please contact us with any speedbumps or questions you may have regarding MG2016 or the registration process for it.

Had really hoped to attend, but we're going on Jeff and Jan Zorn's excellent adventure and the budget won't stretch that far. I will probably drive up for a day during the event and hopefully see some of you there.

We've received this comment from the Crowne Plaza. My guess is other hotel properties for MG2016 are receiving the same calls.... Here's an email from the Reservations Manager at the Crowne Plaza:


"My department is still getting many calls from people thinking that they can call the hotel direct for their reservations. Is it possible to get an email or post out reminding the membership of the correct method for making reservations. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!"


Obviously, this problem has escalated. So can I please ask....

"DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECT. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION FOR YOUR MG2016 HOTEL STAY. THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION AT THE NEGOTIATED GROUP RATE FOR MG2016 IS THROUGH THE OFFICIAL MG2016 WEBSITE".
