The project here in Delaware is winding down so it looks like I'll be headed to Camarillo Airport in Ventura County sometime this fall to build a couple of hangars. Any info on the area would be appreciated, looks like 18-24 month project.

Lots of farms, good weather, typically overcast mornings and Moss Motors is only 30 minutes away.

Nice area; beaches, blues skies (once the fog burns off) and clean air, away from the crowds of LA but close enough to drive in if you want (just do it during off-traffic hours, like 4 AM ), awesome during strawberry season.

Beautiful area - lots of great twisty roads all over the place as you head to the north and west. Heck. There are lots of great twisty roads all over the place as you head south too.

There's a spot right around there as you are driving on the 101 that I can't quite put my finger on where 1 minute you know you are in the "LA" metro area and the next minute you feel like you are in a completely different world.
