So does Jay Leno have to get his Duesenbergs tested too? I'd like to see them try to run a smog test on his steam cars. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

The People’s Republic of Kalifornia used to be 25 years, then bumped it up 30 years. But starting this year every vehicle from 1976 model year onward has to take the emissions test – FOREVER! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif
