More specifically, when the refueled, they refueled in litres instead of gallons. oops :blush:
 
Was in Myrtle Beach last week and watched (from the beach) a C17 shooting landings and take offs at the Myrtle Beach airport, formerly known as Myrtle Beach AFB. They are big suckers.............and LOUD!

I've never seen a "go-around" Paul. I'm nominating doc for the club cause sometime that thar Alfa engine just shuts down and the doc comes a coasting home to s'mits.

We called the base "The Beach" back-when. I chased a squadron of A-7's from The Beach to Korat, Thailand as an assignment.
 
No Don, I don't shoot golfs......Was buying a house there....been trying to do this for 4 years....finally 'got 'er done'.
