Bypassing igntion switch

Oh yeah - quick reminder on how to bypass the ignition switch (my car's wiring was hacked).

Will directly connecting these two posts equate to the "run" position assuming the ignition switch was actually functional? (I won't leave it connected like this of course, and please excuse the dust)

looks like you are connecting the horn fuse with the ignition-on fuse. As the horn is "hot" all the time, that should work. No telling what the thirty-seven POs did to the wiring though!

Positive side of the coil to the positive side of the battery.

Yep and if you jerk that steering wheel hard enough you can break that steering lock pin :wink:
