Well, I hated to do it but I out the TR6 up yesterday on CL. I've wanted one for so long and finally found a nice solid car but the MIdget will needa motor soon and... NO, I can't sell the Midget; wedding car. I'll be the RB MIdget guy till the day I die. Man, I really hate to do this but I don't see where I have a choice. I don't have room for both of 'em either. Oh well, at least I had one for a little while.

Sometimes we just have to make hard decisions. Hopefull the TR6 will go to a good home.

We do what we have to do. You've done the hard bit in making the decision. Now you can refocus your efforts on the Midget and enjoy what you have.

Good luck with that last bit -- I struggle with it too.

We all feel your pain.

We lavish so much care and attention on these LBCs (not to mention the hard-earned money). All the countless hours fixing, driving, enjoying.

I feel like there was a little bit of me in every one I've sold. :yesnod: Especially the GT6s.

You're not alone, friend.

When I sold the TR3, it was bittersweet, but I had already decided that it wasn't the car for us.

I REALLY hated to sell the TR8, but there was no way we could keep three toys. Miss it, but there's some comfort in knowing that it's in great hands with Paul. Also get to "see" it here from time to time!

It is hard to part with some of our toys...but there is a time for all things. I am glad you got to enjoy the TR6 for a while, and I know that you were a great caretaker for it during your ownership.

Now it is time to share the fun with another.

Enjoy? It has just sat here. I haven't been able to do anything on it due to the new job. It's a struggle just to get time to work on the Midget and w/ four acres and spring comming.... I'm tempted to get the TR running and driving but I know what'll happen...

JP was right, fix the Midget right then move on.

I looked on the list and dint see it?...

Well, it's gone. I brought it to the New Orleans show and a guy from there just pulled it down the drive. Time to talk to Hap about an engine kit fer my Midget.

I know it was a tough call for you, but now you can focus -- says the guy who just bought a second car.
