Is the differental seal bolt reverse threaded?
 
Axle seal, pinion seal, hub? These all use nuts. Need better info to answer. Only the hub nuts are handed, everything else is standard.
 
This is the nut on the input shaft side. Think that makes it a pinion nut. Sorry.

It is a #*%^ to get it loose. I think it has 175 ft./lbs. torque on it. I had to resort to a big impact wrench and two steel bars on the axles to keep everything from turning. I drilled two holes in the bars so they would fit over the wheel studs with their other end on the ground.
 
My word, maybe there is no hope for me then. lol
