BW-66 or 65 trans application questions... XJ6 III

Hello to all, have been away for awhile due to long drive to work and little time on the weekends for posting, but check in from time to time and read the latest. I have a question, my memory is getting bad I guess, as to which Jaguar models the BW-66 transmission will fit. The one in question came from the old '86 XJ6 Series III, my first Jaguar, some may remember its untimely demise into the drainage ditch due to brake failure from some old posts...
I won't rehash that tragedy, but I did have the engine and transmission (43,000 miles original) pulled before I sold the car to a friend after buying it back for next to nothing from my insurance company. He converted it to a Chevy drivetrain (or was in the process of doing so last I saw the car).
I am listing the transmission on ebay and put in the ad that it is interchangeable with the earlier BW-65 from the XJ Series II models... now I am not sure if that is correct or completely correct. I want to post it in classifieds here as well, it is on ebay currently, so I need to get the correct applications and correct the ad or leave it if that wording is not misleading. If anyone can post a quick reply answer, I would be grateful for the help. Hope everyone is and has been well, and now that the weather is almost tolerable in Indiana, my weekends will be all about cars again. Thanks in advance for any information you may offer.

Best Regards,

PS- Tried to get artistic with a digital camera, a pic is attached of the 1975 XJ6C in tightly monitored storage.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I did go ahead with the listing in the Classifieds section for British Car Parts in the forum, but still, if you have more info on the transmission, I can revise the ad. I'm off to get some pictures to put up with it, thanks for any help!
